T.I.M. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in memory of Timothy Lally. Their mission is to reduce the stigma and shame of mental illness and addiction, and to promote the physical, emotional, and mental health of our community.
The memorial project is an effort to put a personal perspective on the horrifying statistics related to those we have lost to addiction and substance use disorder.
